North Dallas Equestrian offers premiere boarding, training, lessons, events and trail riding just minutes from Dallas. The property includes a covered and lighted roundpen, lighted outdoor sand arena, jumping area, large groomed pastures and great trails for riding.

Lessons: Our lesson program involves safety, horsemanship, independence, critial thinking, and team work. Our main concern is safety, students are required to wear a helmet and appropriate riding clothes such as long pants and healed shoes. Throughout the lesson we work on safe handling procedures and horsemanship. Our primary objective is that students learn all aspects of horse care from grooming, tacking up, warming up their horse, cooling down their horse, and proper horse management. During our lessons, we will apply memorization skills, critical thinking, and team work between the rider and the horse. We have instructors for those that are just starting their first experiences (at all ages) and also the ability for advanced students that are showing or competing at all levels.

Training: We believe in the individuality of rider/ owner and the horse. Each training program is tailored individually to each horse, rider, owner, and desire. We offer training for English, Western, and horses that are recovering from injury or those needing conditioning. We offer a wide range of training packages to accommodate a large variety of situations from once a week riding to 5 days a week. We believe that riders/ owners should be involved in every aspect of training. We encourage clients to take an active role in the development of the horse. We believe that it is important that riders/ owners establish a lasting relationship with their horse. A successful training program centers around a happy horse.

Other Value Added Services: We will also help with horse purchasing/assessments, horse transporting and other services as requested.

The show barn has the following amenties:

   - 12x12 stalls with limestone, clay then rubber mats
   - fans and lights over each stall
   - grooming and wash stalls with hot/cold water
   - office and rest area and large observation deck with fans/tv
   - oversized tack room with refrigarator and microwave
   - clean restrooms
   - automatic fly system (set for 3x a day so virtually no flies!)
   - washing machine for blankets and towels
   - vet rack
